At Twelfth Collection, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible. As each of our timepieces is individually handcrafted, please read our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Order Processing

Once your order has been placed, it is sent to our supplier for production.

As each watch is handcrafted, please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be prepared before it is dispatched.

Shipping Times

After your order has been dispatched, please allow up to 20 days for delivery.

While most orders arrive well within this timeframe, shipping times may occasionally vary due to factors outside of our control, such as customs processing or courier delays.

Order Tracking

At this time, tracking numbers are not available for our shipments.

If you would like an update on the status of your order, please contact us via email and we will liaise directly with our supplier to provide you with the latest available information.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 20 days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate the issue with our supplier and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
