Do you offer warranties?

Due to the nature of the items that we sell, we cannot offer a warranty. However, all items are carefully handcrafted to assure the highest quality for all orders, to ensure customers are fully satisfied with what they're purchasing. 

Can I return a watch?

Yes. If your issue fits with our Returns & Refunds policy, a return or refund will be issued. Please by mindful that this can take time to resolve. 

How is my order shipped?

All orders are carefully packed and shipped by our supplier. Please note that there is no tracking with the orders, but all orders will arrive between 14-20 days. If you still haven't received your ordered within this timeframe, please get in touch with us.

Can I request a specific model?

Yes. Please contact us with the specific watch in mind and we will try and source it. Please note not all requests will be able to be fulfilled.

Are our watches authentic?

All are watches are 1:1 and are the highest quality. They are not authentic but are the closest to the real thing.
